I have been practicing transcendental meditation (TM) for nearly 2 years. It was one of the best decisions I have ever made in improving many aspects of my life. A sense of calm, being centred, postive, focused and prioritising what matters have been a few benefits. After an initial induction and training in the technique at the TM centre in Bristol things just started to get better. 20 minute meditations in the morning and evening give me enormous energy and allow me to get in tune with unbounded consciousness.
